Amity Trinx

Born in France and raised between her homeland and Italy, Amity Trinx centers her artistic universe on one essential force: love. Every subject begins with a personal emotion intertwined with memory and, at times, melancholia. She paints what deeply moves her and lets intuition and the subconscious guide each canvas. Her work merges figurative forms with abstract atmospheres, expressing emotional truth with elegance and spiritual sensitivity.

At the heart of her practice is a series of sculptures she created as a way to salve her grief after her father's passing.
Inspired by his Italian gelato company, she turned sorrow into color, softness, and sculptural form, shaping personal loss into love and joy. The works taps into a collective nostalgia a return to a time when emotions felt pure and life felt simple

Her work embodies this philosophy: love as communion, as inner strength, expressed in its simplest form.
